I have already done my 2 miles for today, will try to get an hour of aerobics tonight.

 just came from the gym - got in 25min on the treadmill (this running thing is getting to be pretty damn cool) and did upper body kettlebell work when I got home. 

Dats it for me for today!!!!! Only exercise I will get tonight will be pulling the covers up over my azz! LMAO

i've been stumbling, but i can only change what i do from this point on...zumba at lunch.

Yep on track today!!! Butt busting workout, arms, abs, cardio. Tonight, yoga!

Trying to keep moving! I did two miles on the TM and 20 mins of Tae Bo. I would like to do the second half of Tae Bo later on tonight.
